This is a great tool for keeping an accurate record of your mental health, and to connect with people who are suffering through the same mental health issues as yourself! On a daily basis, you write in a journal entry how you are feeling, so you have an accurate record of how your mental health is progressing or regressing. Based on what you write in your biography, and what qualities you are looking for in a “Pen Pal”, the app finds people that you can connect with that are going through the same mental health problems you are struggling with. You can join communities, message “Pen Pals”, and even connect with the larger community. I remember being confused, frustrated, not knowing whether or not my mental health is progressing or regressing.
I would keep track on my calendar, but of course different events would be colluded with my “mental health progress.” Now, I have a space where I can keep an accurate record of my mental health progress, and connect with individuals who are going through the same struggles I’m going through.
